We collect only the strict minimum required to serve the content you request:

• Full name and email address — required to grant you access to the LABS VISION onboarding content and to reply to your request.
• Organization — optional, used to better contextualize your request.
• Timestamps of your interactions with our funnel (form submission, content access) — used for analytics and internal follow-up.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Basic server logs (IP address, browser) may be collected by our hosting provider for security purposes.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to:

• send you the educational content you request;
• follow up on your progression through the onboarding pathway;
• reply to your questions or commercial inquiries;
• improve our services and measure funnel performance.

We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data processors

To operate this website, we rely on the following subprocessors, all bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements:

• Vercel— hosting & delivery.
• Supabase— database & file storage (EU region).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

5. Data retention

Your data is kept as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain our CRM relationship. You may request its deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the European GDPR and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, as well as to object to its processing. Contact us at contact@suffisciens.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You may also file a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only rely on strictly necessary technical cookies (e.g. session cookies on the private admin area).
